Halloween was loads of fun. We went trick or treating with a new friend who had kids just a bit younger than mine. Her daughter is quite shy, and last year ToTing was just a bust. She said they only stopped at the houses that had bowls out, and she still made her daughter knock and say trick or treat before taking a piece. So we figured Miss Kitty, who has never met a stranger (ask Auntie Kate about how many friend's K made in New Orleans), would be a good leader. It worked! Kitty went charging up to the doors, and Imme went right behind her. Three times we had a moment where Kitty had knocked multiple times, and no one answered. So I would start to say, "Oh, well, on to the next one!" And the door would open. I think one of these is probably where K got an entire 15 stick pack of Extra spearmint gum.
Here she is in her black cat costume from a party the previous weekend, with Teddy lion.

On the actual day she was a ghost.

I have some shots of Teddy too (still a lion), but those are still in the camera.
