Gratitudes 2

Day 2 ~ Your Health

This is a good one for me right now because I've been frustrated at my inability to lose weight easily. I'm back at where I was between pregnancies, but still 30lbs over where I was before Katrina.

But even so, I can go to the gym 4 days a week and do cool stuff and keep up in weight lifting classes and feel pretty competent in yoga, and it could be much worse.

Then there is the fact that I have an incurable blood disorder, but hey, I get to ignore that most of the time. Haha.
