Groupies!

I have PD groupies!

I have been presenting at our district wide staff development days for a couple of years now. They're conference style--keynote in the morning, then open choice breakouts, and then a closing. I was told multiple times today by participants that they chose my session regardless of what it was, because I've always got good stuff for them. What a compliment!

Especially since my presentation was kind of a hack. I was assigned a topic, and it was going to be too boring, so I went off into a related but more interesting and practical land. Even so, it was pretty talky, and I thought it was going to bomb. Instead, people were apparently talking about it in the hall, according to my last group.

I'm gonna get a big head.
