8 months!

My sweet fatboy is 8 months old! Crazy how the time zooms by.

We celebrated by having Theo's favorite semi ho dinner, Sausage stuffing with cream gravy.

Cook a pound of bulk pork sausage in a big pot. Drain all the fat into a smaller saucepan. To the pork, add 1 pepper and 1 onion, diced. Cook for a while. Look at the back of a bag of Pepperidge Farm preseasoned stuffing cubes, and add the right amount of butter and broth to the pan. When boiling, turn off the heat, add the cubes, and stir until all the cubes are moist. Cover. Meanwhile, turn up the heat on the pork fat. Stir in 1/2 cup of flour to make a roux. Add 3 cups milk and stir constantly until the milk nearly boils and thickens. You can add boullion or salt if you think it needs it.

Serve the stuffing with the gravy. Eat. Add a salad if you need some green leafies.
